Branch Manager

Provides personnel management for branch staff. Manages overall branch office operations. Maintains and stays abreast of security policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining office building, grounds, equipment, and fixtures. Maintains knowledge of branch policies and procedures with respect to approving checks and overrides. Handles customer problems and complaints; counsels customers with special needs or requests. Establishes and helps to attain internal performance objectives for branch office business volume, deposits, and quality of audit reports. Provides and maintains a professional, business-like atmosphere within the branch office. Reviews staff members for formal performance evaluations and recommends salary adjustments. Counsels employees when needed. Coordinates staff training when needed. Tests branch security equipment and investigates security issues when needed. Interviews loan applicants and processes loan applications.
