
Deposit Process Analyst
Recognized as a subject matter expert in deposit related policy and procedural matters and deposit related systems and applications, including teller, Customer Service Representative (CSR), safe deposit box, IRA, etc. Support special projects in conjunction with other departments. Provide support for branch personnel, Help Desk, Branch Support, and ROS team that have questions on a variety of issues and applications. Serve as senior escalation for more complex issues needing resolution. Design, develop, and deliver deposit related training material for branch staff. Work with other areas of the Bank in developing, testing, and communicating software and system releases and updates, work problem tickets, and identify underlying system issues. Collaborate with programming and other stakeholders to identify solutions to system issues.
At least five years experience in retail banking, required.
Prior Teller Supervisor and/or Bank Manager or commensurate experience, strongly preferred.
Extensive knowledge of bank policy, procedure, products and regulations, and compliance , required.
