  1. Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing and managing daily branch operations, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial products and services offered by Bank of America, and effectively communicate and promote them to clients.
  4. Train and mentor branch staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service and meet sales goals.
  5. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and meet performance targets.
  6. Monitor and analyze branch performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the Branch Manager.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, changes in policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients and staff.
  8. Assist in conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following security and safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  10. Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues, working to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure a seamless customer experience and overall success of the branch.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the branch.
  13. Represent Bank of America in a professional and positive manner, both within the branch and in the community.
  14. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for branch staff to ensure they are up-to-date on products, services, and procedures.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager to support the overall success of the branch and the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With A Minimum Of 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members.

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Reporting, And A Good Understanding Of Banking Regulations And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Both Customers And Colleagues.
