Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Colleagues.
Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With The Ability To Handle Complex Customer Inquiries And Complaints.
