  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their financial needs and concerns.
  3. Act as a liaison between clients and the bank, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any issues or concerns.
  4. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to assist clients with a variety of banking tasks, including account inquiries, transactions, and product recommendations.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of bank products and services in order to effectively educate and advise clients.

  10. Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting bank products and services to clients.
  11. Monitor and handle client complaints, providing timely and appropriate resolutions.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed client records and documentation.
  13. Uphold confidentiality and security measures in handling sensitive client information.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
