  1. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data within Bank of America's systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Data Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Management Principles, Including Data Governance, Data Quality, And Data Security. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Mapping, Data Modeling, And Data Integration.

  • Knowledge Of Banking Regulations: The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As The Sarbanes-Oxley Act (Sox), General Data Protection Regulation (Gdpr), And The Basel Committee On Banking Supervision (Bcbs).

  • Technical Proficiency: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Data Management Tools And Technologies, Such As Sql, Hadoop, And Data Visualization Software. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Analytics And Reporting.

  • Attention To Detail: Data Steward Team Members Are Responsible For Ensuring The Accuracy And Integrity Of Data. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail And Be Able To Identify And Resolve Data Discrepancies.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, As They Will Be Working With Multiple Teams And Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences.
