- Manage and oversee a portfolio of trust accounts for high net worth clients.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients in managing their trust and estate needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and effective trust administration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for trust-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in trust and estate laws to ensure compliance.
- Conduct thorough reviews of trust documents and legal agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the trust business.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Communicate complex trust concepts and strategies to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Provide exceptional client service, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices to enhance overall team performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of trust policies and procedures.
- Remain organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Trust And Wealth Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Delaware Trust Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Colleagues, And External Partners.
Professional Certification Such As Certified Trust And Financial Advisor (Ctfa) Or Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Preferred.
