Job Description

Use the digital channel to strengthen and differentiate the Bank of America brand, increasing the brand favorability and perception. Coordinate and interface with Data, Digital & Marketing teams, business partners, corporate communications, internal tech and agencies in efforts to transform the digital ecosystem including delivering on dynamic and personalized experiences. Manage digital marketing campaigns (owned, earned and paid) increasing engagement with content and experiences on the About Us and BMH websites. Execute all digital assets in accordance within risk framework, best practices and routines, while using reporting to optimize based on prior learnings. Analyze all critical processes impacting digital marketing effort and provide recommendations for operational excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of program digital marketing experience

  • Experience developing and managing digital marketing programs from strategy thru execution

  • Experience driving program measurement – test/control, A/B testing

  • Ability to develop audience-based personalization strategies
