
Document Administrator
At Bank of America, we are searching for an experienced and motivated Document Administrator to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is capable of ensuring the accuracy, organization, and security of our documents. The successful candidate should be committed to providing the highest quality of service to our customers and colleagues.The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting, with several years of experience in document management. Experience with document management software and processes, along with excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently manage documents, ensuring accuracy, organization, and security.
- Provide high quality customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Use document management software and processes to ensure documents are tracked and stored securely.
- Interpret and apply relevant regulations to documents.
- Ensure documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal and external regulations.
- Monitor document processing workflow to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner.
- Identify potential areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
- Provide support to colleagues as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of document management processes and regulations.
