  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all international banking and financial needs of assigned clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with international clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date on global market trends and changes in regulations to better advise clients on their financial decisions.
  5. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on international investments, risk management, and other banking services.
  6. Monitor and evaluate client accounts to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  7. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of client portfolios to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  9. Cultivate relationships with potential international clients through networking events, conferences, and other business development activities.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience and improve client retention rates.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing timely updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
  12. Stay informed and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to international banking and finance.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and other relevant information.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in the field of international banking and finance, and share expertise with colleagues.
  15. Represent the bank in a professional and ethical manner at all times, upholding the values and reputation of Bank of America.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Client Relationship Management, Preferably In An International Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Financial Markets And Products, Including Foreign Exchange, International Trade, And Cross-Border Transactions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Trust And Rapport With Clients From Diverse Cultural Backgrounds.
