- Develop and implement project management processes and procedures for real estate initiatives in accordance with company standards and strategic goals.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure successful execution of real estate projects across various locations globally.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize real estate projects based on business needs and objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators, to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure project success.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment on real estate projects.
- Oversee the development and management of project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and real estate, and apply them to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders to communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to real estate projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of real estate projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert on real estate project management, providing guidance and expertise to team members and other departments within the organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project management team.
- Represent the PMO and Bank of America's real estate services at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
Extensive Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Strong Background In Global Real Estate Services. This Includes Experience In Managing Complex Projects, Developing Project Plans, And Tracking Project Progress.
Knowledge Of Real Estate Industry: The Pmo Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Real Estate Industry, Including Knowledge Of Market Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Manage And Oversee Real Estate Projects For Bank Of America.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Have Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels.
