  1. Provide administrative support to the Private Bank team, including managing calendars, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  2. Communicate with high-net-worth clients and their financial advisors, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
  4. Coordinate and track client onboarding and account opening processes.
  5. Assist with the preparation of client presentations and reports.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the Private Bank division.
  7. Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and project management.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.
