Job Description

Individual contributor role that demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of first mortgage pricing, and exhibit proficiency as a call center support agent. Successful candidate will be able to work within a team to achieve daily and monthly goals. Responsibilities may include: Daily pricing exception reviews, ad-hoc pricing processes related reviews, customer service support via both a telephone queue and email. Performs all the daily functions required, and serve as a Mortgage pricing subject matter expert to our business partners. Able to prioritize daily assigned work in order to meet deadlines and goals.

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with mortgage pricing

  • Comfortable working over the phone in a customer service environment

  • Familiar with: Microsoft Office Suite, SQL-Plex, iFulfill, Sharepoint , Document Management Portal
