  1. Develop and implement product strategies for Bank of America's Global Payments Solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize payment platforms.
  3. Ensure seamless integration and delivery of payment solutions to global clientele.
  4. Evaluate current market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.
  5. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap decisions.
  6. Create and maintain documentation such as product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  7. Work closely with technology teams to translate product requirements into functional specifications.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  9. Monitor and track product performance and provide regular updates on key metrics to leadership.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  12. Train and educate internal teams on new products and features to ensure successful adoption.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on payment solutions, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and business models for payment solutions.
  15. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements while developing and implementing payment solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
