Job Description

At Bank of America, we are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Professional to join our team and help us ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for creating and delivering reports and who can help us navigate the complex regulatory environment.The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking industry, a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in financial reporting or regulatory reporting. The candidate should also be knowledgeable of regulatory requirements, have strong communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.We believe that this is an exciting opportunity for an individual with the right skills and experience to make a difference. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, and passionate about regulatory reporting and compliance, and who is ready to take on the challenge of helping us ensure that our business meets its legal and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and deliver accurate and timely regulatory reports in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  2. Effectively communicate complex regulatory requirements to colleagues
  3. Monitor and analyze changes in the regulatory environment
  4. Research and review regulations to ensure compliance
  5. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to ensure accuracy of reports
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies
  7. Assist with the preparation of internal reports, as needed
  8. Provide training and guidance to other team members
  9. Develop and maintain effective processes and procedures to ensure compliance
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
