At Bank of America, we are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for customer service and a drive to develop relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.The Relationship Manager will be responsible for working with our clients to build and maintain positive relationships, as well as to identify and respond to customer needs and expectations. This individual will provide advice and guidance to clients on their banking options and actively work to develop and grow relationships with both current and potential customers.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relationship management role, preferably in the banking industry. They will also possess an in-depth knowledge of banking products and services, as well as a strong understanding of the banking industry. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable dealing with clients from a variety of backgrounds. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

- Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
