Job Description

Responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams. Coordinates and facilitates Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team. Builds and develops a high-performance team. Promotes self-help / self-organization within the teams. Schedules, facilitates and coaches Agile routines and ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and PI Planning). Helps establish and support consistent reporting practices across the teams & foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 + years of Scrum Master Experience with in-depth knowledge of various Scrum frameworks

  • Banking or financial industry experience preferred

  • Agile ACP or Program Management experience is the plus

  • Mobile banking and product owner credentials are the plus
