- Act as a trusted advisor and resource for small business clients, providing guidance and advice on financial management and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, underwriting, and product specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position Bank of America's services to small business clients.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and explain financial products and services to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in networking events and community outreach initiatives to promote the bank's small business services.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.
- Stay compliant with all bank regulations and policies, as well as industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services Industry, Preferably In Small Business Lending.
Strong Understanding Of Small Business Financials And Lending Products, Including Sba Loans, Lines Of Credit, And Business Credit Cards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Small Business Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals, With A Focus On Acquiring And Retaining Small Business Customers.
