  1. Develop and maintain relationships with small business clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their unique financial needs.
  2. Identify and analyze potential business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  3. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on a wide range of financial products and services to small businesses, including loans, credit lines, investments, and merchant services.
  4. Conduct regular financial reviews and assessments to identify areas for growth and improvement for small business clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and implement effective strategies to support small business growth and success.
  6. Actively participate in community events and initiatives to promote Bank of America's small business services and establish a strong presence in the local business community.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to small business banking.
  8. Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  9. Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with other Small Business Bankers and team members to share knowledge, best practices, and support each other in achieving team goals.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth to enhance skills and knowledge in small business banking.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
