- Develop and implement effective and innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their hiring needs and create customized recruitment plans.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough and efficient candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with diversity and inclusion teams to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to support recruiting efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Participate in various recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment practices, including interviewing techniques and selection processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth and success.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies, Sourcing Techniques, And Candidate Assessment Methods.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Hiring Managers, Candidates, And External Partners.
Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software, As Well As Data Analysis And Reporting.
