Biopsy Technical Assistant

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking an experienced and compassionate Biopsy Technical Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our pathology team, you will assist with a variety of biopsy and autopsy procedures and accurately document findings. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong technical and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills who is committed to providing quality patient care.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related field, as well as at least one year of experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting. We are also looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and the ability to work with a variety of laboratory equipment.
