Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and execute research studies under the direction of Principal Investigators.
2. Provide clear and consistent communication to study participants, research team and sponsors.
3. Manage research studies from the initiation phase through close-out.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of research data.
5. Ensure that research protocols are followed and completed in a timely manner.
6. Monitor progress of research projects and address any issues or discrepancies.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Participate in the development of research protocols.
9. Identify and recruit potential study participants.
10. Educate and provide guidance to study participants on research protocols.
11. Prepare and submit documents to research sponsors and IRBs.
12. Analyze and interpret research data.
13. Prepare and present research reports.
14. Maintain effective working relationships with research personnel.
