  1. Provide support to the imaging department by assisting with various tasks and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates Basic Knowledge And Competency In Areas Such As Communication, Math, And Computer Skills.

  • Medical Terminology Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Essential For This Role. The Imaging Services Assistant Will Be Responsible For Accurately Labeling And Organizing Patient Records, So Familiarity With Medical Terms And Abbreviations Is Necessary.

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are A Must For This Position, As The Imaging Services Assistant Will Frequently Interact With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. They Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively And Provide Compassionate Care To All Individuals.

  • Attention To Detail: The Imaging Services Assistant Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Record-Keeping And Scheduling Appointments. They Must Also Be Able To Identify Potential Errors Or Discrepancies In Patient Records And Take Appropriate Action.
