Responsibilities:

5. Participate in quality assurance programs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
6. Monitor and review all laboratory practices to ensure accuracy and consistency
7. Assist with training and orienting new personnel
8. Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure patient safety
9. Remain current with industry developments and trends
10. Participate in professional development activities to stay up to date with the latest advances in the field
