- Provide specialized hand therapy services to patients with upper extremity injuries or conditions.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to provide effective therapy.
- Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on hand therapy techniques and home exercises.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Program.
Current Certification As A Certified Hand Therapist (Cht) From The Hand Therapy Certification Commission.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hand Therapy, Preferably In A Hospital Or Outpatient Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Anatomy, Kinesiology, And Hand Therapy Treatment Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Multidisciplinary Team.
