Phlebotomist, Laboratory

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a laboratory setting and a valid phlebotomy certification. Responsibilities:

1. Collect and process patient specimens in the laboratory in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Maintain laboratory equipment and restock supplies as needed.
3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory standards.
4. Monitor inventory levels and order laboratory supplies as needed.
5. Provide patient care and education regarding laboratory services and procedures.
6. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
7. Maintain current knowledge of laboratory methods and techniques.
8. Provide accurate documentation of laboratory results and other related data.
9. Participate in quality assurance and continuing education activities.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
