
Regional Director Patient Experience
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Regional Director of Patient Experience to join our team at Baptist Health South Florida. We seek a compassionate and dedicated leader with excellent communication skills to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care and experience.The Regional Director of Patient Experience will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives and strategies to improve the patient experience across all of our locations. This individual will be a leader in promoting and fostering a culture of patient-centered care that is focused on quality, service excellence, and patient safety.In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting and a proven track record of success in patient experience improvement. The successful candidate must also be highly organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.We are looking for a patient-focused leader who is passionate about improving the patient experience and elevating the standard of care. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives and strategies to improve the overall patient experience.
- Foster a culture of patient-centered care that is focused on quality, service excellence, and patient safety.
- Lead efforts to drive patient satisfaction across all Baptist Health South Florida locations.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure timely and accurate information sharing between patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to other patient experience staff.
- Analyze data and patient feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address these areas.
- Monitor progress of patient experience initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop and manage budgets for patient experience initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends related to patient experience.
- Participate in meetings and committees to provide feedback and guidance.
