
Supply Chain Inventory Control Administrator
Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Inventory Control Administrator to join our team. As the primary contact for inventory control, the Supply Chain Inventory Control Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the inventory system in order to meet the needs of the organization. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and problem solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in an inventory control role. Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain inventory control systems and processes to meet the needs of the organization.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify potential inventory issues and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Create and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
- Assist with the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.
- Monitor and review inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and coordinate stock transfers between locations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate inventory processes.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of inventory transactions.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe and orderly warehouse environment.
- Provide customer service and support to internal and external customers.
