Telecommunications Operator

Baptist Health South Florida is looking for a Telecommunications Operator who will provide excellent customer service and support to our internal and external customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize tasks. The Telecommunications Operator will be responsible for responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers. Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.
