- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various applications used by clients.
- Ensure the smooth operation of applications through proactive monitoring and timely resolution of any issues.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely updates and resolutions to their queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Document and track all support tickets and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Continuously improve and update support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use our applications.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the development team.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and data protection protocols.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in on-call rotation and be available for after-hours support when needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and providing support to fellow team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Application Support Or A Related Role
Strong Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python
Experience With Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Setting.
