  1. Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct thorough and detailed analysis of contracts to identify potential compliance issues.
  3. Develop and implement remediation plans to address identified compliance issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of compliance issues.
  5. Keep up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure understanding and alignment on contract remediation efforts.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of contract reviews and remediation efforts.
  8. Conduct regular audits to identify any potential compliance risks.
  9. Provide support and guidance to team members on contract management and regulatory compliance.
  10. Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline contract remediation processes.
  11. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts meet regulatory requirements.
  12. Train and educate team members on contract management best practices and regulatory compliance.
  13. Monitor and track progress of contract remediation efforts, providing regular updates to management.
  14. Identify and report any potential issues or concerns related to contract compliance to management.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its reputation as a leading financial institution.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Remediation Or Similar Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance And Risk Management Practices, Particularly In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Detail-Oriented And Able To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
