- Provide legal advice and support to the business banking division of Barclays.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Review and draft various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Advise on legal risks and implications of business decisions and proposed transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to business banking.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external legal counsel.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Participate in negotiations and provide legal support in business banking deals.
- Conduct legal training for internal teams on relevant legal issues and updates.
- Handle any legal disputes or litigation related to business banking.

Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Active Membership In Good Standing With The State Bar Association
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Banking Law, Preferably At A Top Law Firm Or Financial Institution
Extensive Knowledge Of Banking And Financial Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Sec, Fdic, And Occ Regulations
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Legal Advice To The Business Banking Team At Barclays
