Job Description

We are therefore looking for a talented, motivated and experienced Customer Performance Manager to join our team.As the Customer Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring initiatives to ensure that Barclays provides the highest level of customer service. You will be a key part of the team, working closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing or Management, with at least 5 years’ experience in a customer service role. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual who is eager to join a leading global bank and can help to ensure the best possible customer experience.
