Group UK Government Relations

We at Barclays are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our UK Government Relations team. You will be responsible for developing, leading and implementing our strategy in the UK, and building relationships with key decision makers across government, regulators and industry stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong political and policy knowledge, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a passion for driving and managing change. Experience in stakeholder management, financial services and/or public affairs is essential. A track record of delivering successful results in a fast-paced environment is also desirable.We are looking for someone who is able to think strategically, work collaboratively and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
