Head of Loans

As Head of Loans, the role holder will be responsible for the vision, purpose and overall strategy development and execution including all facets of P&L management for consumer loans within the US Cards and Loans business. P&L & Strategic leader for all Barclays branded personal loans, Partner Loans Cross Sell and Open Market. Optimize/manage the existing $150mm loan portfolio. Lead Partner Loan Cross Sell Program – define strategy, lead execution, define pricing, test plan, etc. to deliver against a key growth initiative (>$1bn in assets). Key partner to Head of Retail POS Finance and Head of ECM. Partner with Strategic Delivery and Technology to deliver on 2021/2022 SI plan and priorities. Define Loans Operating Mode to support Partner Loans Cross Sell – incorporating management of operations for POS finance in addition to end to end ownership of partner loans.
