Job Qualifications

  • Strong Proficiency In Java Programming Language: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Expert-Level Knowledge Of Java Programming Language And Its Associated Technologies, Including Java Ee, Jsp, Servlets, Jdbc, And Xml.

  • Experience With Server-Side Development: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Server-Side Applications, Including Web Services And Apis, Using Java-Based Frameworks Such As Spring, Hibernate, And Struts.

  • Knowledge Of Database Management: A Good Understanding Of Database Concepts And Experience With Sql And Database Management Systems Such As Oracle, Mysql, Or Sql Server Is Necessary For This Role.

  • Familiarity With Front-End Technologies: In Addition To Server-Side Development, The Candidate Should Also Have Knowledge Of Front-End Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript To Work Collaboratively With The Front-End Development Team.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Role Of A Java Server-Side Developer At Barclays Involves Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues, Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Handle Such Challenges Effectively.
