Job Description

At Barclays, we are searching for an experienced Reconciliations Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. We are looking for an individual with a passion for financial services, a commitment to excellence, and a strong attention to detail.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field, as well as prior experience in reconciliations. They must have an understanding of financial instruments and be able to stay up-to-date with industry regulations. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong understanding of accounting principles, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential for this role.
