Job Qualifications

  • Strong Programming Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Proficiency In One Or More Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++, Along With A Good Understanding Of Software Development Concepts And Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of Test Automation Tools: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Popular Test Automation Tools Such As Selenium, Appium, Or Cucumber, And Be Able To Design And Execute Automated Test Scripts.

  • Understanding Of Agile Methodologies: Barclays Follows Agile Methodologies For Software Development, So The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Agile Principles And Be Able To Work Effectively In An Agile Environment.

  • Experience With Continuous Integration And Delivery: The Candidate Should Have Experience With Tools Such As Jenkins Or Bamboo For Continuous Integration And Delivery, And Be Able To Set Up And Maintain Automated Test Suites In These Environments.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: As A Technical Test Automation Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Troubleshooting Technical Issues And Identifying Root Causes. Therefore, Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential For This Role.
