To excel in this role, you will also need to have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, be comfortable using computer systems, and have a keen eye for detail. 1. Greet customers and providing excellent customer service
2. Recommend titles based on customer needs
3. Create a fun and inviting atmosphere in the store

7. Operate computer systems to manage products and orders

9. Ensure accuracy in orders and other customer transactions
10. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking shelves and tidying up the store
