
Cafe Manager
Barnes & Noble is seeking an experienced, passionate, and organized Café Manager to lead and develop our café and food service operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a renowned and well-respected retailer and to help create a delightful, customer-focused café experience. A successful Café Manager should have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, have a passion for excellence, and be able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the café, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management • Developing and implementing café policies and procedures • Identifying and responding to customer feedback regarding café services and products • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations • Training and managing café staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence • Monitoring café operations to identify areas of improvement and to implement changes as needed • Developing creative ideas to enhance the customer experience in the café • Maintaining accurate records of café operations, customer feedback, and staff performance • Managing the budget and controlling costs to ensure profitability
