Cafe Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the Barnes & Noble team and help us provide an exceptional experience for our customers. Our Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the cafe, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring and managing a team of cafe associates. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a cafe. A minimum of two years experience in a food service or retail setting is required. Previous experience in a Barnes & Noble or similar cafe is a plus. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for our customers and who has the enthusiasm and drive to help us grow our cafe.
