Restaurant Barista

We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Barnes & Noble! Our customers come for a great cup of coffee and an even better experience. As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for crafting and serving our signature coffees and tea drinks with warmth and enthusiasm. You’ll be the face of Barnes & Noble, providing excellent customer service and building relationships with our guests.To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional customer service skills and a minimum of 2 years of barista experience. Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks with excellence and enthusiasm • Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner • Demonstrate knowledge of coffee and tea varieties, as well as brewing techniques • Ensure guests have a memorable experience • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines • Assist with cashiering and inventory duties as needed • Follow all company policies and procedures
