4. Greet customers and take their orders.
5. Follow health and safety guidelines when preparing drinks and handling food and beverages.
6. Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
7. Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
8. Ensure accurate cash handling and payment processing.
9. Provide ongoing training and support to other baristas.
10. Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest quality standard.
11. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
12. Adhere to all Barnes & Noble policies and procedures.
