
Human Resource Consultant
The primary objective of the HR Consultant is to provide guidance, training and support to clients in the areas of strategic human capital management, employment law compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, organization development, workers’ compensation administration and the overall development of best practices in human capital management. BBSI HR Consultants spend roughly 50% of their time out of the office and onsite with business owners and their teams. This in-person time is critical to developing a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, and is what enables us to be forward-thinking in our approach to their evolving organizational needs.
