
Real Estate Portfolio Manager
In this role, you will be responsible to manage a portion of BASF’s real estate portfolio. This includes analysis and project work, including but not limited to, lease administration, lease renewals, lease terminations, property sales and purchases, donations, research and “what if” projects requested by business groups (title searches, land acquisition, rights-of-way). You will need to proactively address issues during lifecycle of a lease (rate increase, early termination rights, renewals and current market conditions etc.). To do this you will need align with businesses on their strategy. You will need to manage a large number of transactions at a time, including complex transactions. You will need to negotiate terms for transactions, working with broker or alone, to meet business needs and optimize terms for BASF.
