Advanced Degree In Chemistry Or Related Field: A Sr. Chemist I At Basf Should Possess At Least A Master's Degree In Chemistry Or A Related Field Such As Chemical Engineering Or Materials Science. This Educational Background Demonstrates The Necessary Knowledge And Expertise In The Field Of Chemistry.
Extensive Laboratory Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience In A Laboratory Setting. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Analytical Techniques, Synthesis Methods, And Characterization Techniques.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Chemical Processes: A Sr. Chemist I Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Chemical Processes And Reactions. This Includes Knowledge Of Reaction Mechanisms, Kinetics, And Thermodynamics.
