1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping the ice cream display cases fully stocked and presentable.
4. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the store.
7. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and company policies.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
9. Follow all company procedures and standards to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for customers.

11. Participate in store meetings and training sessions as required.
12. Continuously strive to improve sales and meet sales targets.
13. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and grooming standards.
15. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety and security procedures.
16. Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent teamwork and efficient store operation.
