- Greet and welcome customers to Baskin-Robbins with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately taking orders and processing payments.
- Prepare and serve ice cream and other menu items according to company standards and customer requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning up spills and keeping supplies stocked.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Upsell and suggest additional items to customers to enhance their experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
