Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service to all guests -Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner -Operate cash registers and handle money accurately -Prepare and serve food and drinks according to Baskin-Robbins standards -Keep restaurant clean and organized -Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner -Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met -Support other staff members in completing tasks and providing assistance -Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
