• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the goals and objectives of the Associate Connect team and the company as a whole
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for the Associate Connect team
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Provide coaching and support to managers and associates on HR-related issues, such as performance management, employee relations, and development opportunities
• Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee engagement and retention challenges
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures
