- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the goals and objectives of the Associate Connect team and the company as a whole
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for the Associate Connect team
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Provide coaching and support to managers and associates on HR-related issues, such as performance management, employee relations, and development opportunities
- Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee engagement and retention challenges
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the company's values and culture, fostering a sense of connection and community among employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Industry.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, As Well As Experience With Hr Compliance And Policy Development.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience With Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, And Training And Development Initiatives.
