
Instructional Designer - Stores Learning and Development

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the training programs for our retail store associates, helping them to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results. - Design and develop engaging and impactful training materials for retail store associates
- Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Conduct research and gather information to inform the design and development of training programs
- Incorporate adult learning principles to ensure training is effective and engaging
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into training materials
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality materials
- Continuously improve and update existing training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Contribute to the overall training strategy for the Stores Learning and Development team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Designing And Developing Training Programs, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles, Adult Learning Theory, And E-Learning Development Tools.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Experience Working With Subject Matter Experts And Stakeholders To Gather And Analyze Training Needs And Develop Effective Learning Solutions.
